what a day!!!

I can say that this day was the "worst" out of town experience for me and my hubby. We have planned long before Christmas that we would spend our New Year celebration with his family in Iligan. He was in Iligan already to be with his family after Christmas and we decided that he would just pick Kiana and me on the 30th since I still have some work to do in the office. He arrived this morning and ate lunch together at home. I was excited and looking forward to the trip with the 3 of us only. we left our "yaya" so that she also can spend time with her own family on New Year's Eve.After lunch, we were on our way to meet his grandfather to have some matters fixed and met with a friend of his father. Then finally we were on our way to iligan. Jeff decided that we should stay at the back since the passengers seat is much too dangerous for Kiana and me. We were doing fine when all of a sudden, Kiana was throwing up everywhere at the back seat! I was yelling jeff to pull over so that she can have some fresh air and finish her thing. Poor baby! she was having her tantrums already. Jeff and i smelled like puke. There was puke on my pants and on his shirt. We changed her clothes and cleaned her face.when we thought that everything was ok, we continued on our journey. After a few minutes, she was throwing up all the water she drank before. She was crying again. I told Jeff that i would be the one to drive nalang so she can comfort Kiana. Luckily, she mellowed down at the hands of her father. She likes being with her father and obviously she IS a daddy's girl.well, the ride was quite ok na. but we still made a few stops because she was so sleepy already and can't sleep inside the car.after a few minutes of her tantrums, she dozed off instantly. Jeff was the one driving na all the way to their house. When we arrived there, i put her to bed so she can sleep well but when she opened her eyes, she saw her tita and immediately woke up and played with her.:) But it really was a tiring day for me and Jeff. What i liked about our trip was whenever we have Kiana all by ourselves, no yaya, we get to bond with her 24/7.and we like it.

e the list i gathered:

Sex and the City

It was a boring night last night. I was all alone in my room with baby Kiana of course who was sleeping already.Jeff is in Iligan already with his family so i spent 4 nights ALONE.i was just watching TV, browsing through the channels as i usually do.(jeff would always complain about me changing channels..it will make him dizzy kuno) :) but that's me. Anyways, as I was passing by HBO channel, Sex and the City was on. I remembered it would be the last episode after 6 years.I was very thankful that i had the opportunity to watch it.I posted down the TV review wrap from ET 2004:

"Sex and the City," which spent its six years on the air proving that women can have sex like men, was the first of the three series to say goodbye (Feb. 22). After years of an on-again, off-again relationship with Big (CHRIS NOTH), Carrie Bradshaw (SARAH JESSICA PARKER) finally heard the words she had been longing to hear, "You're the one." Charlotte (KRISTIN DAVIS) and Harry (EVAN HANDLER) were happily married and ready to adopt a Chinese baby girl; Miranda (CYNTHIA NIXON) and Steve (DAVID EIGENBERG) moved to Brooklyn and brought Steve's mother to live with them and baby Brady; and Samantha (KIM CATTRALL) decided it was okay to hold hands with her boyfriend Smith (JASON LEWIS) after all.

I liked the last episode. it gave justice to my expectation. BIG and Carrie really were meant for each other. and I like them to be together! i like BIG because he's so so handsome:).The four gurls finally found their true happiness and contentment. It really is wonderful to have true friends. It will keep you on-track, sane and away from anxiety.

December 2004

it's been a while since I have written something here. ofcourse, my last one got berserk.:I Anyways, December 2004 was one hell of a month. Everybody went shopping despite the country proclaiming a so called "fiscal crisis". it seems people were not affected about the country's situation. The malls are always packed with people doing their own thing. But it isn't always about gifts-giving and forgiving, it is also about losing a loved one . Let's face it. The Christmas holidays is also a time to be careful of. All the partying, boozing, eating, travelling. we really don't know what will happen during these times. and we live in a death-denying society. When we encounter the word death, everybody is so eager to change the subject. I admit i am one of them. But hey, inorder to LIVE FULLY we must accept death as a part of our lives. Everyday, we heard and see it on the news. and ofcourse there was the latest, ASIA TSUNAMIS. I thought to myself,we really never know when will be our time.if it's time, then it's time to die. so i always say to myself, enjoy life no matter what, who hinders me from controlling my life. it's my life for Christ's sake! everytime my hubby goes out to be with his drinking buddies, i worry sometimes.any wife would be worried about their husbands:) anyways, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR! Be safe in all you do.

My own blog...

My gosh!!! i have my new blog already.. im so excited!!:) of course, i am influenced by my very good and intelligent friend Rona. as usual, liitle old me was very curious about this blogging thing. so i said to myself "what the heck! i may as well try it myself. it's for free anyways :)" it is very unlike me to join these kind of stuffs but Im here!!! it's just too bad though that we don't have an internet at home. Just a plain, useless computer for encoding purposes. I mean for crying out loud our PC is windows xp. so there's no excuse for being in a world where computers were "the untouchables". I mean you can blame it to my mom who hardly( or may i say, NEVER) touches the computer. but always bragging about THE computer..duh! let's face it.. how can i do my blogging thing when i always have to rush to the nearest internet cafe just to write down my thoughts and feelings? isn't it too time consuming? or worse, i could write it down first in a pen and paper then post it here.HELLO?!! that's old age... the reason why you're blogging is because you organize your thoughts and feelings spontaneously . that's the point. and well, for anyone's information, i blog because i feel my brain's going to RUST when i don't do this blogging thing.:) heehehee..... Anyways, there is so much to say but little time to waste..
